UP cabinet decision regarding Shiksha Mitra Smayojan 14 February 2014

Finally after a long waiting periods state government now passed the proposal for the recruitment of shiksha Mitra without TET. All graduate shiksha Mitra SM who completed there two year BTC training, VBTC training or BTC training via distance they will be appointed for the posts of Sahayak Adhyapak / Assistant Teacher in Junior Basic Vidyalaya (Schools) .  what is Junior Basic Vidyalaya its yet not cleared in cabinet decision letter. But mostly all suspense regarding how SM Smayojan will be completed its cleared. According to my assumption shiksha Mitra will be appointed on the posts Sahayak Adhyapak and they will get time for qualifying UPTET examination. Approximately 1.7 lakh shiksha Mitra  currently working on contract basis in primary schools of uttar pradesh. Cabinet also assured that 486182 posts are required to primary and upper primary schools. That’s why government now going to give some relaxation to shiksha Mitra regarding TET matter and they will get chance to qualify TET examination within 5 year  well all situation regarding SM Smayojan will be cleared  after publishing the official GO / Shashnadesh of Smayojan. Following lines are  related to Shiksha Mitra Smayojan Cabinet decision .

स्नातक योग्यताधारी वे शिक्षामित्र जो संविदा प्राप्त करने की तिथि के बाद से निरन्तर विद्यालयों में संतोषजनक ढंग से शिक्षण कार्य कर रहे हों, उन्हें बी0टी0सी0 या विशिष्ट बी0टी0सी0 अथवा दूरस्थ शिक्षा विधि से दो वर्षीय बी0टी0सी0 प्रशिक्षण दूरस्थ शिक्षा विधि से सफलतापर्वक पूर्ण करने के उपरान्त जूनियर बेसिक विद्यालय में सहायक अध्यापकों के रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष नियुक्त किया जाएगा।
