Council of State Education research and Train Up now started the further process of UP BTC Training 2013 recently SCERT published the notification for selecting eligible candidates who applied for BTC 2013 online Application form. SCERT now once again open official website of UP BTC 2013 for correcting the application form. Site will be open from 30 December 2013 to 6 January 2014.
