Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification: matriculation plus courses complete act apprenticeship / ITI approved NCVT / SCVT in the trade of fitter / electrician / instrument mechanics / millwright maintenance mechanic / Mechanic radio and TV / electronics mechanist / Mechanic motor vehicle / wireman . Tractor mechanic. armature and coll winder / mechanic diesel / heat engine / turner / mechanist/ refrigeration and AC mechanic or Diploma in mechanical / Electrical. Electronics automobile engineer
Note: candidates having higher education qualification in mechanics / electrical / electronics / automobile engineer are also eligible for filling posts of assistant loco pilot
Age Limit: 18 to 30 year as on 1 July 2014
Application Form fee: No application form fe for SC/ST/ Ex service man / PWD candidate / Women / Minorities / EBC /
Rs 40 for un reserved and OBC male candidates.
Candidates are required to pay application form fee via a crossed demand draft DD or Indian postal order in favor of assistant secretary or secretary or member secretary or chairman of railway recruitment board concern
Recruitment process: selection will be made strictly on the basis of the written examination. There will be a negative marking in the examination for each wrong answer 1/3 marks will be deducted.
How to Apply: all candidates are required to fill application form in prescribed application form format which is published with CEN 01/2014
Candidates should write the Cen NO category No of the envelop.
