Selection Procedure:

For LDC posts : written exam + typing test + Interview

For Assistant: + written exam  + interview test

Cabinet Secretariat  written exam question paper pattern and Syllabus for LDC

Time Duration 2 Hour, Max Mark 200

Subjects and marks : General intelligence and clerical aptitude 50 ,English language 50 , Numerical aptitude 50 , general awareness 50 marks

All questions will be objective type MCQ only.

Tying test; 35 WPM on computer for 10 minutes

For Assistant Post written exam pattern / Syllabus

Paper 1 ::  200 marks , 3 hours , Conventional type / descriptive type

Section 1 : English language 100 marks  from essay 40 marks, , comprehension passage 15 marks , grammar 45 marks

Section 2  Objective type : arithmetic 100 marks :arithmetic 100 marks

Paper 2 : 200 marks , 3 hours

Section 1 : Descriptive / Objective  general knowledge GK 100 marks

Section 2 : objective MCQ question : General Intelligence / reasoning ability 100 marks
