Indian Air Force IAF now published the notification for inviting application form from Men and Women to Join the Indian Air Force as Commissioned officer in Flying, Technical and ground Duty branches. IAF AFCAT application form are invited online from the eligible candidates and last date of application form Submission online is 12 January 2014. Important AFCAT 2014 recruitment details as are follows
Course Commencing in January 2015 for MEN candidates
Flying Branch  : 15 SSC course
Technical branch: 86 AEC , 58 SSC
Ground Duty branches : 137 GDOC, 30 SSC

Eligibility Criteria : age Limit : minimum 19 year and maximum 23 year as on 1 January 2015
Education Qualification : graduation in any discipline with 60% marks and have passed math and phase at 10+2 level or BE / b.tech
Physical stander: height 162.5 cm , Vision 6/6

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written exam will be held on 23 February 2014 Sunday. Written exam will contain MCQ question on verbal ability, numerical ability, reasoning, general awareness and mental aptitude. Total 2 hours will be given for attempting the question paper.
2nd stage test will be related physiological test, group test, and interview test.

Salary : flying branch 69130, technical branch 60380 , ground duty branches 57880
