Legal aspects of birth certificate: according Birth and death act 1969 registration, birth certificate must be issued by concerning state / central government within 21 dates. Registration is provided by registrar in central government, child registrant in state government, and district registrar in village and district level. 

What to do for issuing a Birth certificate: if you are interested to issue a birth certificate for your new born baby then apply for birth registration within the 21 day from the birth to concerning local authority’s officer. After the verification of original record of the conceding hospital birth certificate  will be issued .

In case time limit of 21 has been crossed then birth certificate will be issued by after the order of Revenue officer and police verification .
