Recently rural engineering RES works/ service government of Chhattisgarh published the recruitment notification for the posts of assistant engineer Civil posts. Application form was invited online http://cg.nic.in/resworks through the official website of CG NIC . There are total no vacancies are 221 including 127 posts for genera , 127 posts for female , 18 posts for physically handicapped candidates. There AE Civil will be appointed in panchayat and Gramin vibhag / village development department of Chhattisgarh. Eligible candidates will be appointed in the pay scale or rs 9300-34800 and grade pay of rs 4200. last date of application form submission has been over on 28 January 2014.

Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through academic qualification, experience and interview test. After that a final merit list will be prepared out of 100 scale. Out of 100 marks, there will be 65 marks for academic record, 30 marks for experience and 5 marks for interview test.
Cutoff marks distribution will be as for following for academic record
Less then 45 % : 15 marks
Grater then 45% and less then 50% = 20
Grater then 50% and less then 55% =25
Grater then 55% and less then 60% = 30
Grater then 60% and less then 65% = 35
Grater then 65% and less then 70% = 40
Grater then 70% and less then 75% = 45
Grater then 75% and less then 80% = 50
Grater then 80% and less then 90% = 55
Grater then 90% =60
If candidates have a Graduation degree in Civil Engineering then candidates will get 5 bonus marks .
Experience will be also count during the preparation of merit lists . experience Cutoff marks details as are follows
Grate then 1 year less then 2 year = 10 marks
Grate then 2 year less then 3 year = 20 marks
Grate then 3 year = 30 marks
Interview marks: 5 marks
Interview will be taken by a committee of 3 member on the basis of various subject.
So final merit will be prepare on the basis of academic marks, experience and interview test. If two candidate got same place in merit then higher age holder candidate will be get preference .
