AFCAT 2014 Exam Pattern and Syllabus of IAF careerairforce.in

Indian Air force recently published the notification for conducting AFCAT 2014 examination for MEN and Women. Application form Submission has been started from 14 December and last date of AFCAT 2014 Online Application form Submission is 12 January 2014. AFCAT application form are invited for course commence from January 2015 for grant of short service commission flying branch and permanent service commission in technical and ground duty branch. Selection for admission in flying branch, technical branch and ground duty branch will be based on through the written examination. Written exam will be held all Indian level. IAF now announced the written exam date of AFCAT 2014 according to official notification of afact 2014 written exam will be held on 23 February 2014 Sunday at various examination centers. Total two will be given for attempting the question paper of AFCAT entrance Test. All questions will be objective type of nature and each question of AFCAT Entrance exam will contains multiple options. Questions will be asked from following Subjects
A : Verbal Ability
B : Numerical Ability
C: Reasoning
D : General awareness
E : Military Aptitude

After that AFCAT Examination those candidates who will declared qualified in AFCAT results will be called further testing at one of the air force selection Board AFSB ade Dehradun , Mysore, Gandhinagar, or Varanasi. AFCAT AFSB will comprise three successive stages which are
Stage 1 : Intelligence Test with other test which will be conducted on the first days. State 1 test will be held for screening of the candidates. All those candidates who will declared qualified in stage 1 they will undergo t 2nd stags
Stage 2 : psychological Test , Group Test and interview test will be held one subsequently 4 days
State 3 : for flying branch : pilot aptitude battery test PABT
